All amenities (tourist office, bus station from Leuk train station, restaurants, shops, thermal baths, pharmacies) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A short walk separates you from the sports arena and the snow park and from the Gemmi cable car (with numerous hiking opportunities, cross-country ski trails and the ski slopes) as well as the Ring-Jet, which takes you to the Torrent cable car free of charge.

The apartment does not have its own parking space. However, it is possible to park briefly to unload your luggage and then leave the vehicle in the paid underground car park at the sports arena, a few meters away on foot.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 1 to 2 people and has a sunny balcony.

The main room has been newly decorated. The kitchen has been partially renovated, but the original appliances have been retained. The bathroom, in turn, underwent a slight facelift.
